Wheatley is constantly searching for land to develop for both Residential and Commercial new-build properties. We will consider all types of land, Brownfield or Greenfield, with or without planning permission.
Where Residential land is concerned our preference is ideally for opportunities offering between 5 and 100 units including any affordable/social housing as required. We will consider conditional and unconditional purchases, subject to the respective planning status along with option agreements depending upon the complexity of the opportunity.
All Commercial development opportunities will be considered subject to the respective planning status and location. We consider sites up to 5 acres in size for B1, B2 and B8 class developments.

Our land teams have vast experience in assessing the development potential of land. We have a first-class reputation for our expertise and skill in dealing with all aspects of land evaluation, in recognising the requirements of landowners and their agents and in negotiating planning permissions with Local Authorities. We pride ourselves in being very straightforward to deal with.
